Q: Where are your items on this site manufactured from?

All items we offer are made in Nepal by experienced Tibetan and Nepalese artisans; products are made using century old Tibetan technique. This is why we proudly call our items as "Original Nepal", genuine and authentic hand crafted products brought to you from the country of of Himalayas and the top of the world - Mount Everest. 

Q. What is your payment policy?

All payments will be proceed through secure checkout from PayPal only.

Q: What is your shipping policy ?

Shipping within US: By USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, your item will be shipped by the way you pay for. You will be notify by email.

International Shipping: By USPS International First Class Mail (up to 4lb and tracking not provided), USPS Priority Mail or UPS Express (tracking provided)

International buyer: You will be responsible to pay custom duties or any other fees in your country. Please provide your telephone number to be writen on the custom form.

Q: Do you provide combined shipping?

Yes, we provide combined shipping for multiple purchases. The full shipping charge will apply for the highest priced item, and rest of the item(s) can be shipped with 50% off the shipping charge. The more you buy the more you save on shipping.

Item with 13 oz and under of weight will be shipped out via USPS First Class Mail; all other packages will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground tracking provided.

International shipment: By USPS First Class Mail, (tracking not provided and weight limit up to 4lb) USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Express (tracking provided). The full shipping charge will apply for the highest priced items and rest of the item can be shipped with 50% off the shipping charge. The more you buy the more you save on shipping.

Q: Do you ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO address?

Yes we do, package to this address will be shipped via by USPS Mail only. 

Q: Do you provide wholesale price for bulk purchase?
