"White Tara":-
The Tara is the emanation of a strong energy of compassion and healing. There is a total of 21 expressions of Tara energy. . Tara's name means One Who Saves. White Tara, also called "the Mother of all Buddhas" is the perfect embodiment of graceful power, wisdom and purity. As with Tara expressions in other 5 colors, the vibrations of white color express the specific energy of White Tara. Pure, truthful, powerful, transcending all limitations - these are just some of the attributes of color white that describe the energy of White Tara.
Sometimes the White Tara is called "the Goddess of Seven Eyes" because in addition to the third eye, she is also depicted with eyes in her hands and feet. This represents White Tara seeing all human suffering, as well as encourages the devotee to develop vigilance and sensitivity to the energy in and around them.
She epitomizes the influence of the older mother-goddess cults upon the Buddhist Mahayana religion. Her concept evolved in India and later she became the most important goddess in the Mahayana pantheon. She holds a very prominent position in Tibet and Nepal. Tara was born from a tear of the Boddhisatwa of Compassion, Avolokiteswora. She was conceived primarily as a saviors and is, therefore, the female counterpart of Avolokiteswora. She is also generally regarded as his consort and is frequency portrayed with him. Tara is believed to protect the human beings while they are crossing the ocean of existence. Her compassion for living beings, her desire to save them from suffering, is said to be stronger than a mother's love for her children. Her most distinctive emblem is the blue lotus which she carries in her left hand. Among the forms of Tara when she is red, yellow and blue, she is in menacing mood; white or green she is gentle and loving. This is the same twofold nature as Shiva's wife.

Buddhism:
For two and half thousand years, people have followed a religion based on the teaching of a man they called the Buddha, meaning the Enlightened One.
The Starting point in Buddhism is mankind and the way in which they suffer not just physical pain but the general feelings of dissatisfaction with life, the craving to achieve or have something more, the fear of change and death. It seek to give a person peace of mind and to encourage and develop loving compassion towards all living beings.
Buddhism is not a dogmatic religion in the sense that it does not require a person to accept fixed beliefs and ideas. it does not concern itself by debating whether or not there is a God. it regards all such beliefs as secondary and to achieve a full life.
The goal of Buddhist religion is enlightenment which means to be fully awake to the reality of life, to have and understanding of why there is suffering in the world and how it may be overcome.Buddhism claim that in the teaching of the Buddha they find a path which will eventually lead them to achieve enlightenment for them self
